Chapter 326 - 287: Comprehending the Origin in The World of Heavenly Demons

Tribulation and fortune are eternal topics among People of the Immortal Path. Tribulation refers to hardships and fortune to luck. Taoism and Buddhism have profoundly deep concepts of causality; intertwined with tribulation and fortune, they rise and fall in succession. Taoism prevailed in the end because Donghua the Great Emperor reincarnated and took up cultivation anew as Lu Dongbin, founding the Complete Truth Sect, which thrived in later generations. Otherwise, the luck of Taoism might have very well been completely suppressed by Buddhism.
Bearing great cultivation and foresight, Donghua the Great Emperor saw the potential rise of the Complete Truth Sect and thus chose to be reborn in response to calamity, thereby dissolving many of the hardships faced by Taoism and enhancing its fortune to a degree.
Fuxi also admired Donghua the Great Emperor’s decisiveness and methods, but lamented that Lu Dongbin was now advancing at a glacial pace in his cultivation, unsure when he would be able to regain the cultivation level of Donghua the Great Emperor.
After pondering for a moment, Enlightenment Dao said, "Emperor Fuxi’s words have opened my eyes. Now more than ever, I must strive and preserve our Four Great Continents."
Suddenly, his complexion changed. His original body, while wandering the universe with the Nirvana Pearl, had encountered a mishap—it had been lured into the World of Heavenly Demons by an Extraterritorial Heavenly Demon.
He was bound by significant karma to Other-transforming Self at Ease, and while wandering the cosmos, Other-transforming Self at Ease seized the opportunity to pull him into the World of Heavenly Demons.
"This is bad! My original body has been taken by Other-transforming Self at Ease into the World of Heavenly Demons! What should I do?" Enlightenment Dao exclaimed in shock.
"Worry not, I shall divine for you," said Fuxi calmly. He then laid out the He Tu and Luo Shu, the Five Elements and Eight Trigrams, and began his calculations.
