Chapter 264: Going Back To High School
"This is where we usually meet in the morning with Luke and the others. You came as a new student of the Bronze Class. You know about the four classes here, right? You got in because of Luke." I said when we got out of the car.
It’s the school’s parking lot where we gathered and waited for each other before the class starts.
"Let’s go inside."
He was quiet and was just looking around the campus. He looked at me and hesitated at first.
"Don’t worry. No one’s here. I called before coming here so we have permission." I said.
He nodded and then took my hand. I was smiling as I toured him around the school. I showed him the places where we usually stayed.
"We’re not classmates?" He finally asked.
I shook my head. "You were classmates with Luke, Sophie and Percy. This is your classroom and mine was by the end of the hallway. I’m with Alora and the others. You will visit me after the first period and we would sometimes kill time in the music room."
I took him to the music room and sat by the window. I looked outside and saw a garden. It wasn’t a garden before, but I guess they change it because the view looked so amazing now.
Jayden stared at me while I looked outside the window. I turned to him and smiled. I knew he was trying to remember what happened between us on campus.
"You know you’re a crazy jerk and an asshole during high school. You’re also a pervert. Whenever we stay here, you will always kiss me and touch me. This was also the place where I learned about your mother’s death. You told me about her and it was the first time you shared about your illness." I said.
