Chapter 273: Transition
"Loot their fucking grain!"
"Ram them! Just ram straight through."
The howling night wind swept through Farm No. 8 in the Northern Agricultural Region. The post-harvest fields lay desolate and barren, and the factory district sitting in the middle of this wasteland had already plunged into chaos.
A coalition convoy from the wilderness tribes was rampaging across the grounds, taking down several massive granaries one after another.
At the same time, the fences and outer walls of the warehouse prison were smashed to pieces. The management and security personnel were routed by the wilderness freemen, and the prisoners locked inside were released, surging out in a tide.
These street dogs had indeed committed crimes, but no more than any other street dog out there; they were just unlucky enough to get caught and locked up here.
As for the unmanageable felons who posed hidden dangers, they had already been executed or lobotomized.
Right now, the prisoners all knew this was their chance—a chance to help the wilderness forces, and a chance to flee into that wilderness to earn their freedom.
The collapse of the warehouse prison escalated the chaos in the factory district, forcing the security riot squads to rapidly lose ground.
