Chapter 110: Barbed Wire Electrified Explosion Deathmatch
The Wrestling Gang's large warehouse sat in an isolated corner of Shuhui Street, connected to a row of surrounding storage buildings. The dilapidated concrete wasteland out front was packed with vehicles of every make, and Lorna squeezed her Off-Road Vehicle into the lot.
The trio climbed out and headed for the warehouse, already able to hear the roaring crowd and rock music bleeding through the walls.
Wrestling Gang personnel guarded the entrance. They sported mismatched, rivet-studded leather gear and brightly dyed hair, gripping spiked iron clubs.
The Wrestling Gang didn't run betting pools for their matches. Every spectator paid an entry fee of at least 5,000 bucks, which bought them a full day of fights.
The more you paid, the closer you got to the ring. The spectators closest to the front could even join the chaotic brawls beside the ring.
Five grand was neither too much nor too little; ordinary people couldn't afford to come every day, and had to save up for a while just to enjoy a night of entertainment.
The head bouncer recognized Lorna, however. Hearing they were looking for Fist Guy, he immediately grabbed his walkie-talkie to radio the boss.
The Wrestling Gang's boss, "Evil Umibozu" Miyamoto-sensei, was once the top wrestler in the Kabukicho area. He was an unorthodox branch transcendent who had created his own wrestler profession path with only a single J grade program.
Yet even Ayane Kumiko had to address him as Senior Miyamoto when she saw him. Only people like Old Man Kitano had the standing to chew him out.
