Seong Guk-eon, with the advantage of moving with many people, would have found it beneficial to join the other players chasing the wanted criminal.
Additionally, since the opponent likely didn't know of the secretly arrived Yu Hui-hyung dragon's existence, it would be a good ambush if Yong Jegyeon waits around the body.
