He ignored the countless weak humans and their Pokémon. They were irrelevant.
What he was looking for were the strong ones, humans who possessed at least late-elite level Pokémon. Only those had even the slightest chance of being useful to him.
His gaze moved quickly across the "battlefield", observing the coordination of trainers, and the strength of their Pokémon. He didn't know whether these humans could actually help him, but he was certain of one thing.
If he gathered enough of them, there would be at least one or two who could.
That belief alone was enough.
Without hesitation, he began to descend, his presence no longer concealed. A powerful pressure spread through the air as he approached, instantly drawing attention from both humans and Pokémon alike.
He quickly spotted a familiar figure an older, heavyset human (Wattson), surrounded by several powerful Pokémon.
Around him stood a group of other trainers, each commanding Pokémon of similar strength. Their formation was tight. These weren't weak humans.
