Book 1 to Book 2 Patch Notes:
- The intermediate Battlemaster class used by Seraxus and other PvP players was edited to only use five weapons, down from 7. Thus, Rakkan also only wields five weapons, down from 7 as he will continue to do in the draft versions here on RR
- Rakkan's full backstory and relationship with Seraxus were initially revealed to Aegis through a flashback, but this was removed from Book 1 and will be added more appropriately in the edited version of Book 3
- In the edited version, Baffo takes the place of the character Travis, who will not exist in the edited version at all for the rest of the story. In the draft, Travis still exists.
- Rakkan's character has changed to be less 'edgy', much less aggressive, and does not talk with slang in the edited version: He still does it in the draft.
- Aegis' scheduled interview with Hae-won will occur in Book 2 in the edited version, but as the draft has been edited, the Book 2 here will have it written as though the interview has already happened
- Other things from the final few chapters have been moved around between Book 1 and Book 2; thus, the transition between them is a bit messy. (Draft Book 2 is written as though a few things have already happened, but the Edited Book 1 has them removed, and you can expect to read them at the start of Edited Book 2)
The author's tale has been misappropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon.
- Persuasion was originally a basic skill in the draft version of the story, but was edited out.
- In the draft, Pyri used Eirene to get married to Rakkan and Darkshot for the marriage experience bonus. It led to some funny, yet uncomfortable and awkward, jokes and tense situations between certain characters. This has been edited out of Book 1, but in the draft version of Book 2, some of these jokes may still come up. - Selena/Lina/Silentwire has had interactions with Eli's father in the original draft, as will be shown once her side chapter is uploaded.
- The Guildleader of the Blades of Kalmoore, Christoph, has been changed to play as a Dragoon, the spear-wielding class. He only appears briefly in Book 1 in both versions, but the weapon he shows up with has changed from Maul to Spear. He is taking on the role of Artaphernes, who will not appear in the edited version of the story, but still exists here on RR in the draft.

Thank you, everyone, for reading my story. It's everything any writer dreams of, and reading the comments from people invested in the world, the characters, and the drama has kept me motivated through all sorts of hardships. I've had a rough few years that caused me to slow down and pause updates, losing family members and gaining a new one. Writing this story has been my own little escape when things got too rough. I still feel like a major imposter being called an author, or even a published author, but I suppose I am one of those now.
