"Is Xixi with you?"
Qin Zhiyou pinched his temples, while beside him, Secretary Wang was still bringing him coffee. Having not slept for a day and a night, his entire train of thought was as chaotic as a mass of dark clouds: "No, I’m at the company."
"Xixi didn’t come home last night."
This sentence from Lu’s mother startled him so much that he jumped up from his chair.
