"Who’s the nutcase showing up during the New Year?" The man erupted in curses as soon as he spotted Tang Jianjun.
Tang Jianjun helped the woman up from his embrace, yet his hand didn’t leave her waist.
"I’d like to know which nutcase dares to hit on my woman."
The man let out a sound of disbelief as his finger swung between Bai Yingyue and Tang Jianjun and finally spat at Bai Yingyue, "I never thought you were this type of person!"
Bai Yingyue was too angry to let it go and wanted to chase after him, but Tang Jianjun stopped her.
"Why bother with someone like him? The more you explain, the more he’ll think too highly of himself!" Tang Jianjun pulled her back down to sit and then reminded her, "Why would you come on a blind date on the first day of the New Year?"
Bai Yingyue was speechless. "It’s not like I wanted to; it was my parents who insisted I come. They said the guy was so dependable, but he’s got a face full of moles and absolutely no self-awareness."
When it came to the blind date candidate, Bai Yingyue really had a belly full of complaints.
