CH.797 Holactie
Alright. You know what I’m doing.
I not only got a new god monster last time, but it is basically The God monster.
Well, it is arguable. There are too many gods in Yugioh, but she is the Creator God. Though knowing what I know, I feel like the ‘true Numeron Dragon’ is more powerful than her. But I’m not quite sure how the two rank up in terms of the monsters I can summon with my cards.
I summoned her the same way I tested my other super Gods. In an isolated location. Though this time I was actually using a place in the northern area of my new Kingdom.
I can’t exactly use the Quarry like I usually would. There are still some POWs there, since I haven’t processed them all.
So instead, I was where the Immortal Snail had been sealed.
It was a minor mountain range that held a tiny dungeon that honestly looked artificially made. I know you can artificially make dungeons, since I made HomeBase.
Of course this could just be a naturally spawned dungeon, but this one had been tiny. And considering the fact that an Immortal was sealed inside/under it, I feel like it was a fake dungeon. Because someone who could seal an immortal can definitely make a dungeon.
And no, I highly doubt that I traveled to the past and did it. Because I would have just killed the immortals. As you know, they aren’t immortal. Corrupted Healing probably just wasn’t a skill back then, or no one involved knew the skill. Or they didn’t realize it could be used to turn their Regeneration into damage.
I’m rambling again, sorry. I just like theorizing about the past. Not like I … oh right. I’m literally the Timeline God with maxed out Spiritual Time Magic skill. Yeah. I can find out how it actually went down.
Maybe eventually. There is no rush.
But now to my new God. There was another reason I picked this place than just how far from civilization it is. The release of the Immortal, the Immortal’s instant death magic, and Janina’s breath attack had left the area damaged, and we had yet to fix it.
So I was going to summon a Creator God and have her fix it. Should show how godlike she really is. We’ll also be able to find out if she can fix the dimensional barrier for good.
To summon her, I first summoned out the three tributes she needs. Obelisk the Tormentor, Slifer the Sky Dragon and The Winged Dragon of Ra.

I rarely call out any of these three, let alone all three at the same time. … actually, have I ever summoned all three at the same time? I don’t think I have.
I’ve barely even used them since the Janina incident. Well, they have been operating in the Factory, but outside of it … I just have so many different options, and these three are basically the nuclear option.
But it was great seeing the three outside the Factory like this. Even if they aren’t going to be here for long.
Since I tributed all three to summon the Creator God.
“The three Gods come together to form the True Creator.
Her Divine light that brings prosperity to the world.
She will defeat any foe that comes her way.
Shine down! Holactie the Creator of Light!”

As my three Gods merged, the entire region was bathed in a warm light. It wasn’t blinding, but pleasant. Not burning, but healing. An energy that revitalized everything it landed upon.
Then, the light gathered and solidified into a … God. That is literally the only word that fits in this situation.
She was quite small considering her importance, only standing equal to Exodia and Obelisk at about 50 meters. Yes, that is still huge, but compared to the Numeron Dragon and Numerounius Numerounia, she is smaller.
Even the divine power coming from her felt less. In a sense. But I really don’t think that is it. I feel like she just has better control over herself.
She looked down at me and I felt her power gather around me. The power lifted me into the air and brought me face to face with her.
“Someone like you…” She began. “Shall not be looked down upon. Even by myself.”
“... I feel like a God like you can look down on me.” I answered.
“God. Someone worshiped as they are above others. God you are. Perhaps not in your mind, but the world knows, and has acknowledged you as one.”
Holactie then began to shrink, lowering both of us to the ground as she compacted herself to be just slightly larger than a normal human.
“I know why you have summoned me.” She said. “I know what my lesser forms do, so I know the trouble this world is in.”
“Straight to the point, huh. I do like that.”
“To answer what you didn’t ask, I can do it. Not right now, as this isn’t my world. I must learn how this world’s barrier is, then I can make it anew. But not today. Your fissures I can patch with ease, but give me time.”
“So like Exodia, you need to learn first.”
“Exodia … Genius, they were. Too smart, perhaps. The man borrowed our power. The armor limiting their might is our handiwork. But the chains and splitting of them, we didn’t wish for that.” She said, sounding slightly melancholic. “I should not have. But a danger they were. Like Zorc, afraid we were. Of what they might do. So a limit we set, not knowing it wasn’t going to be enough. Enough for us it was. But not the living.”
She shook her head a bit.
“Apologies. I didn’t mean to get melancholic.” Her speech pattern changed back to how it was before her little tirade.
“You could make it up to the … divine sorcerer. I do have Exodia, and some variants of it.”
“I shall consider it, but that is for later. You need this area healed, don’t you?”
“That was the idea. As well as seeing if you can fix the barrier.”
With my permission given, the Creator God … I would say got to work, but it honestly looked like she wasn’t doing anything.
Because she didn’t need to.
Her divine aura flared up again, and the light of creation touched the land around us, healing it instantly. The plants that died to the wave of death magic, all perfectly healed. The blown up mountainside returned to its former appearance as if nothing ever happened.
I took a look at it with All-Sight, just to make sure she didn’t bring back too much, and luckily neither the dungeon nor the immortal had returned.
“Thank you.” I thanked the God. “So, how long until you can repair the barrier?”
“Not that long, but are you certain you wish for me to fix it?” She asked.
“... Yes? No one else can.”
“You can.” She stated.
“... are you insane? There is no way I …”
“You underestimate yourself, young godling. It won’t take too long for you to reach the level where you can. Even without your Numeron Code, you have the ability required. You just need to learn how to use it. And I can teach you, if you wish.”
“... I … thank you, but … I don’t know. I just … I don’t need to be a god.” I admitted. “I know, I know. I technically already am one. But … I’ve been made to be everything, some of it against my will. Be it the Timeline God, a King of a nation, the one who stopped Sora. Sure there are also things I chose, but … do I need to be everything? I never wanted to be a Hero. A noble. A dungeon master. … okay, that last one I kind of wanted as it seemed fun at the moment. But the others … I could have easily just been an adventurer. Someone who goes around solving everyday problems. Not world level problems. So I want to ask. Do I need to become a true God to have a good life?”
“No. No you do not. Having a good life is more than enough.” The Creator God reassured me. “I shall fix it for you then. Simply give me some time and I will inform you when I’m ready.”
Alright. Now that I know the fissure problem will soon-ish be solved, I returned to my new day job. Ruling an actual country.
There were still a ton of issues to go over, because the States relied so heavily on slavery and Power Structure. Because of Power Structure, those above you in it were always physically and magically stronger than you. And if that didn’t make you follow them, you got turned into a slave, using the illegal mark.
Now, when I took over the Power Structure, all those slave contracts moved to me, but Alice had been busy for the past few days, tracking down every last slave and freeing them. … okay, she is actually only about 70% done, but we are getting there. She had other jobs as well, so I can’t blame her for not being fully done.
Sadly I couldn’t erase the ‘contracts’ from my end, we tried.
Luckily none of the supply chains relied heavily on Sora’s skills. There was a bit of ‘special cargo transport’ that was done with his Space Magic, but that was all military stuff. And honestly, supply chain issues are basically nothing for me. Teleportation, space ships, Storage.
Public order was a different thing entirely. HomeBase might be overpowered, but we lacked the numbers to keep public order. Since most of the guards had been sub-numbers in the Power Structure, they were not exactly happy.
They had had the advantages of being under Power Structure, and sadly quite a few of them were willing to take bigger advantage of it.
To the point where plenty of them had criminal titles. Bribery was just the start. Plenty of them had more unpleasant things, including forced sexual acts, even to young people.
Simply put, I had to get rid of them. Those people got stripped of their skills and stats by Lua and Alice, before I trapped them into an Arc-V style card for … possibly for a long time.
There was also the problem of my stat and skill dump. I honestly don’t know exactly how high my stats were, but by my estimation, they were well over one billion each. Divide that to the 1.5 million people living in the states, and everyone got more than 500 points in each stat.
That really ate into our peacekeeping forces, but I do have contacts. And I have the resources to hire people.
I put out quests in different adventurers’ guilds, looking for peacekeeping forces. The pay was really good. Kind of had to be since this is a ‘new’ country and the people here were legitimately powerful. And most didn’t know how to handle their new strength.
We included food, room and so on, which did help. And you could earn a Card Summoner skill orb and some cards if you did an especially good job. As well as residency or even a title within my Kingdom.
That solved the security issue for now, but I do need a more permanent solution for it.
By the way, I did consider using my monsters in avatar dolls. But I’d need to teleport them into the cities and then back to HomeBase daily. That just isn’t as feasible in the long run.
Besides, I don’t want to be the next Sora who rules through power. Yes I am one for now, but hopefully we can change that.
Now you might think that the money problem is a problem. But it really isn’t. For some reason, the States didn’t have a solidified currency. They used 5 different ones, depending on the area. All were more or less accepted everywhere, but the mass of the coins wasn’t standardized, so exchange rates and so on were a problem. So me bringing a solid new currency with everything was nice.
And I exchanged people’s old coins to the Heroic currency free of charge. I mean with 0 exchange cost. Just put comparable metal coins to the other side, and match weights.
I definitely lost out on it, since the Heroic currency is standardized and higher purity than these random ones, but it is a small price to pay for some goodwill.
Last thing, for now, was actually helping farm owners. We were in the spring-time, and while it wasn’t yet the time to plant crops in these northern regions, Cailie, Unika and I went around ‘blessing’ the fields. Aka. we used Nature Magic to make everything nicer while Unika melted any leftover snow and ice. With some extra Water and Earth Magic, the fields were ready to be planted.
It should make crops grow better when the farmers actually plant stuff. I’ll work on it more eventually, but for now, the little service should suffice.
But I’ll need to ask Cailie if she’d be willing to do ‘nature concerts’ on the fields to make them grow better. When there are actually crops growing.
