The fact that Keiji possessed such an item surprised him a little.
A Toxic Orb combined with a Breloom with the Poison Heal ability or a Zangoose with the Toxic Boost ability would have been quite useful.
Unfortunately, this Toxic Orb is broken and can no longer produce that effect.
Otherwise, that Breloom would have been even harder to deal with.
After all, Zangoose isn't a poison-type Pokémon, and its synergy with poison isn't as effective.
This also meant Breloom's Poison Heal ability couldn't be fully utilized.
