Cain briefly observed the Breeders' Guild building in Saffron City before stepping inside.
As with other League organizations, identity verification was required to enter the Breeders' Guild.
After showing his League ID card to the guard, Cain was granted access to the guild building.
The place was bustling with activity.
The Breeders' Guild was not only home to breeders but also frequented by many League trainers.
Some trainers needed Pokéblocks and often came here to purchase them.
Stronger trainers would visit the guild to order custom-made Pokéblocks from advanced-level breeders.
Of course, these custom Pokéblocks came with a high price tag that not everyone could afford.
Being able to supply advanced-level Pokéblocks to all their main Pokémon was already an achievement.
Cain briefly wandered through the sales area but, having nothing in mind to buy, headed directly to the breeders-only section.
Most Breeders' Guild buildings were organized similarly: the first floor was a sales area where common Pokéblocks could be purchased.
