Chapter 372: Time for Annihilation
His declaration had a profound impact on the recipients.
Bastet’s thighs squeezed tighter around Kaiden’s head, and he could feel a slick, heated pantie scraping against the back of his neck. The Ra-Blessed Felinid shuddered, curled her tail, and a needy purr escaped her throat.
Aria’s reaction was far less shameless. Her blush deepened to a crimson flare, and she could barely meet his eyes. Her hands fidgeted against her skirt before Kaiden reached down, sliding a firm arm around her waist. With one powerful motion, he pulled her up into a one-armed hold. She gasped, clutching at his chest for balance. Her thighs instinctively squeezed together.
"Kai..." she whispered. Then, gathering courage, she leaned in and pressed a quick kiss to his cheek—where she could reach him, at least, as Bastet’s thighs were rather annoyingly in the way. The tiny act was utterly adorable, making Kaiden wonder for a moment how she could be so damned adorable despite not being an innocent virgin at all. Kaiden had long since ensured that part of her innocence was a thing of the past.
Luna, however, froze in place at his words. The language. The grin. The predatory gleam in his eyes. A cold chill ran down her spine.
"Oh... I’m no longer sure..." she muttered under her breath.
Then, without another word, the Storm Valkyrie came to a decisive decision and vaulted to her feet. With acrobatic grace, she flipped backward, clean over the couch, and bolted like lightning toward the hallway.
Or at least, she wanted to.
While she was in the midst of her backflip, Kaiden lunged forward with perfect timing. His free hand snapped out like a viper, and his fingers hooked around her ankle. The result was less than graceful; Luna faceplanted into the couch with a muffled *whump!* sound.
"Ghk!" she sputtered, wriggling like a trapped cat. She twisted to glare at him, only to find his ravenous grin looming over her. Her eyes widened, a yelp bursting out. "N-No! Wait! I think we should all just spend the night sleeping. The past week has been too much! More physical exertion would be outright deadly!"
