Chapter 95: Where’s Bethany?
"You have absolutely nowhere to run to now, Samuel." Theo bellowed. "We would be your puppet masters from here onwards." He said to the young man that looked up at him, absolute horror shining in his eyes.
"Sir, I’m so sorry. I swear I don’t know what came over me. I just saw it as an opportunity, and took it. I’m so sorry sir-" Samuel tried to plead, but Theo dug his claws further into the mans’ flesh causing him to groan midway, tears breaking through his lids unto his face.
"You are a man of war, Samuel. You know how this shit works. You do not plead, at least not now. You’ve come too far to go back, don’t you think?" Theo said, glancing briefly at the increased amount of blood that soaked the man’s shirt.
"Sir please." Samuel still pleaded.
"Cut the crap, man. This shit your doing ain’t cute at all. So just take it like a man, and die with peace in your heart okay? Because you’re really going to need it." Theo admonished, mind linking his brothers to turn off the camera so Bethany didn’t have to see the next steps they were going to take.
She sat quiet watching Theo threaten the poor man’s already miserable life, kinda glad she was only able to view but not hear them.
She saw Troy get up from his seat to the kitchen, standing before some light switches. One by one he clicked on them, in turn turning off very camera that supplied her with footage until her screen was left blank.
"These fuckers." She growled, getting up from her seat abruptly causing the seat to fall back on the tiles, stomping her way out of the office to the entrance of the basement.
She turned the handle of the door to open it, but it didn’t budge, causing her anger to almost boil over.
"What the fuck!" She shouted tugging on the metal door with all of her might and strength, hoping it was going to open, like the cupboard did, even though it looked nothing like it.
