Chapter 46: Take Me To Your Room.
"Wow. You finally made it. I thought I might have to come search for you." Troy teased, as Beth walked into the movie theater.
"Asshole." She cursed, rolling her eyes, still standing by the door, taking in theater.
It looked just like a cinema, a huge screen, couches littered on each step instead of chairs, and a projector overhead.
The floor was covered with a very plush dark red rug, almost blending in with the dark painted walls.
"Are you going to come in or what?" He asked, pride swelling in his chest, seeing she approved of the place.
"I’ve never seen anywhere like this." She admitted, turning to him briefly before walking to a small popcorn stand, picking a pack.
"I’ve already got some. Probably too much." Troy said from where he lay, on one of the couches, packs of popcorn of different flavors surrounding him.
"Okay." She said, making her way towards him.
As she came closer, Troy took in her appearance, the wave of warmth that had threatened to consume him earlier was returning with full force.
