Loren was panicking, her hands trembling as she desperately redialed Alfi's number over and over again. The last thing she had heard on their call was his voice, sounding tense—something was wrong at the airport. And now, the call wouldn't go through. Alfi's phone had gone dark.

"Loren!" he called out, struggling against the grip of the officers who were holding him tightly by both shoulders.
