Chapter 201: Hypothetical situation!
Most of the times, Zenith was taken aback by Kylian’s answers since they would be very accurate which could miraculously ease all those anxious emotions rising inside his heart.
And the exact same thing happened this time as well. Kylian’s answer which sounded very confident from his tone made Zenith feel a little flustered this time, especially when he saw his big ocean eyes were rolled at him.
Scratching the nape of his neck, Zenith coughed his throat to sound equally confident like him before he muttered, "Well...that’s true...I...was bound to come back to you anyway..."
"That’s why, you should go and spend some time with your Mom for now...because for the rest of the days, I know you’ll be clinging onto me. So, don’t be so insecure. I would never let any Alpha hover around me the way you do, and neither I will let anyone annoy me. That’s the only special privilege I have granted to you, so shouldn’t you feel a bit thankful and at ease now?"
Kylian’s soft but reassuring answer miraculously made Zenith feel at ease once again, as he sensed his pulses had started to calm down. The fluttering sensation deep down inside his belly was too evident for him to realize how much Kylian held power over him, being able to make him surprisingly feel calm just with a few words.
But at that moment, he also sensed Kylian’s sweet pheromones were emitting at a much greater quantity compared to the rest of the times, that it would’ve affected him already if Zenith hadn’t shot himself prior with rut suppressants.
"Well, you’re right about that. But...babe...don’t you think your pheromones are releasing at a bulk amount, compared to normal times?"
Zenith’s curious question made Kylian shrug his shoulder, when he calmly answered, "Actually, I forgot to take my medicines for the day and even forgot to bring them here."
"What!?" Flinched by his answer, Zenith reacted a bit too aloud with a baffled gaze in his eyes when he protested, "You were sitting in the cold there without taking any medicine for the day? What would’ve you done if the change of environment around you had initiated an unexpected heat? Your condition is still unstable...did you forget Dr. Albert’s advice?"
"I know that I will need to be more careful about keeping up with my medication schedule...but...I didn’t need to worry about it because I knew you would be here with me. And...even if something had happened otherwise, I would still count on you just like I have always done."
Even though Kylian’s composed answers always made Zenith feel speechless for a brief moment, he couldn’t help but feel way too pleased just from realizing Kylian had entrusted him with his everything, even if a heat was triggered!
To finally attain this kind of faith from his beloved one made Zenith feel giddy, as he gently caressed Kylian’s sleek black hairs while murmuring to him, "Yeah, you were right in thinking about that. Whenever I will be around you, no need to worry about anything else and just entrust me as you do. But...this habit shouldn’t be kept on going.
