Chapter 145: I should also be responsible
His soft soothing assurance along with the chirping sound of birds outside the big glass window next to the bed made Kylian feel a fluttering palpitation rise deep down in his chest, unknowingly turning him more shy than ever. He lowered his eyes from Zenith, and unable to face him he rested his head on his broad muscular chest, sensing the sound of his loudly pounding heartbeat which gave Kylian a comforting assurance that there wasn’t any lie when he put his heart out before him through the beautiful confession last night.
Realizing that Kylian was feeling shy, Zenith was barely resisting his urge to pounce on him once again, and rather hugged him tighter over his body, with another soft kiss on his forehead as he spoke, "Whenever you need assurance, just tell me so, Kyle. I will reassure you over a hundred times...and will make you realize, you’re the only one who makes me feel like my long-lost home."
"Fine...I forgive you for last night." As if Kylian was quite satisfied by his answer, his voice turned a little jovial when he made his sentence sound like a warning, "But if you ever do that again then I won’t talk to you for a month!"
"Make it one week at least."
"That means you’ll do that again?"
"Hahaha..." With soft heartfelt laughter, Zenith held onto Kylian tightly when he tried to voice out his complaint again. Showering him with a few soft kisses around his neck and earlobes, he mumbled, "What if I do that again?"
"Are you a dog? Why would you lick down there when I told you to stop? It was a dirty thing to do!"
"I had told you already, that nothing about your body will ever be dirty to me. Besides, yes, I am your dog...and from now you’re my Master. So, you better take care of your pet forever, okay?"
With a soft lick on his left cheek making Kylian feel all ticklish and giggle, Zenith mumbled in a genial voice as their gaze met each other.
