Chapter 360: Harrison Mansion
The background noise had suddenly turned faint and all Anastasia could hear was her racing heart.
"What if I want revenge for what they’d done to me?"
Julian stared at Anastasia with a complicated look. He’d never thought about this. His initial plan had been to rescue her, and then take her back to her family. But now, she wanted revenge.
He couldn’t help but wonder what had gotten into Anastasia to suddenly ask these questions. Since she’d woken up, her mind had always wandered freely, but not to this extent.
"Will you help me?" Anastasia asked the question he didn’t know if he could answer immediately.
He continued to look at Anastasia, thinking of the right answer. For a second there, the aura she emitted suffocated him and his mind went blank.
"If you can save me out of pity, then you can also save the other girls too, right?" Anastasia continued.
"It is business."
Anastasia hummed, her eyes on the waiter who was heading for them. The man placed their food on the table with precision, bowed, and left them to dig into their food. However, they still had an unfinished conversation.
"So, if you wanted to, you could send me back to Xander and Samantha to get me sold?"
"No, I’m not going to do that," Julian claimed.
