Chapter 277: Monitor Him
"What are you saying, Xander? Have you forgotten that in this school, the teachers are not allowed to raise their hands on us, talk more kicking us out of the class? Do you know how much I paid for these classes? They’re so expensive," the girl called Arabella replied, flipping her hair to one side as she rolled her eyes. "Any teacher that dares to do that will kiss the back of my shoes," she unknowingly threatened, earning a chuckle from Xander.
Xander knew all that, but he only wanted to find a way to exchange words with her even if it meant embarrassing himself a little.
A smile graced Xavier’s lips, realizing the only time Xander seemed normal was when he was talking to Arabella.
Arabella was a petite girl with platinum hair that was so light it seemed white if looked at from afar. She was so beautiful, gifted with the perfect facial harmony that turned heads whenever she passed.
Although she came from a middle-class family, she didn’t look like one which shocked everyone when she revealed she applied for a scholarship in their school several times but was rejected since they didn’t want a poor girl coming to such an elite school.
Arabella’s parents ended up surprising her with a two-year savings they budgeted for her in case such a situation arose. And finally, she was able to study in their school.
"Even if they try to, they’re going to hear from me," Xander joked.
Arabella smiled at him before she settled on her seat that was close to his.
As if on cue, the teacher arrived not long after and the classes began.
