Silvia didn’t cover Angelo up despite undressing him, the pain and discomfort from the heat was already a nuisance, and now that he was out of the water, he would get uncomfortably hot.
And unless an Alpha intervened, this would drag on for three or four days. She wasn’t about to let Angelo go through all that for so long. Keeping him in water was also out of the question, and it wouldn’t help with the pain.
So even though it was the last thing she wanted to do, she kicked off her heels and got on the bed, her black silk dress sticking to her skin.
"Angelo?" She called hesitantly, pushing his damp hair away from his face. He was curled up, his eyes closed like opening them was too much trouble.
Silvia didn’t wait for a response, she knew Angelo could hear her. "What do you think about getting an Alpha to-"
Angelo’s eyes flew open, some clarity coming back to them. "No."
Silvia bit down on her lip, she knew why but she had to try anyway. Watching Angelo in pain and knowing just how much it hurt made her take the chance even though she knew he would turn her down. "It’s going to go on for a couple of days," She forged on, her voice getting small.
It was also going to get much much worse. It would make Angelo feel like if he didn’t get knotted by an Alpha, he would die, she really didn’t want it to get to that point.
Angelo hesitated a bit and it gave Silvia some hope, thinking that she had managed to get through to him.
