Chapter 247: A quiet, domestic moment
Kellen wasn’t sure how he felt as he laid against Rhys’ back in the giant bathtub. His ass stung, and Rhys felt slippery against his back, but he liked being so close to him and the feel of his warmth wrapped around him.
"Are you tired?" Rhys asked, and Kellen found himself nodding his head.
"Yeah, but I shouldn’t sleep. I haven’t eaten yet." Kellen said and Rhys sighed.
"Well, we can’t have that." He replied. "I’ll order something once we’re out of the bath. How do you feel?" He asked and Kellen felt his face heat.
"Um, sore? My butt feels like it’s throbbing." Kellen admitted. "But the heat feels good on my thigh." Rhys pressed a kiss against his forehead.
"Good. Just a few more minutes and then I’ll help you get out." Kellen settled against him with that confirmation and the two sat there, just enjoying each other’s company. Kellen felt his eyes close and his body relax as he felt the warm body behind him rise and fall with their breath.
It felt very close. Very...intimate.
Kellen had never experienced this with someone else before. He was actually glad that Rhys was the person he was experience this with. Rhys hadn’t given him an option either. He’d picked him up and walked them towards the bathroom. By the time that Kellen realised what was happening, both of them were naked, Rhys had somehow found bubble bath, and the tub was already filling.
It was like...he’d planned this in advance. Kellen was too tired to question him about it right now. He’d do that after they ate.
"What did you want to eat tonight?" Rhys asked softly and Kellen shrugged.
"You pick?" Rhys chuckled. His grip tightened on Kellen.
