Chapter 153: Bonding (1)
Tyrion entered the dungeon in the Collins estate to see the people Edgar held captive.
He was surprised to see how many empty cells there were, but he was certain they would soon fill up.
"Be careful you don’t end up here. I am not always so kind as to let everyone who enters leave," Edgar said as he entered behind Tyrion.
"So I’ve heard. Only your mother had the pleasure of leaving your dungeon. Fortunately, I will not end up here. Though I feel you would like to see me here even if I do nothing wrong," Tyrion said, careful not to get too close to a cell.
Tyrion was always going to be the man who took away Penelope without giving Edgar proper time to prepare to send her off.
"I don’t like to waste my time. Why would I chase after you if you haven’t done anything wrong?" Edgar asked, bored with their talk already.
Tyrion wasn’t that important for Edgar to be waiting for him to make a little mistake.
"Because Penelope is your precious daughter. I am building a dungeon like this, but it will need to be bigger," Tyrion said, inspecting Edgar’s decor.
It had an eerie feeling which should scare anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves here.
"Aside from the men so foolish to court Penelope, Ronan and his daughter might be among the first guests," said Tyrion.
From standing back and watching, Tyrion placed Amelia and her little group of followers as the source of where all the rumours about Penelope started.
