ARIA POV
"Duck!" As a wooden stick swung over my head, I screamed and fell to the ground. I fell to the side and jumped back up, facing the person who hurt me.
She smiled at me and twirled her staff. "You’re getting better, but still too slow."
As we trained, thirty omegas stood around and watched with wide eyes. A few looked scared, while others looked happy. They were all here to learn how to fight.
"Remember," I yelled so everyone could hear, "an omega’s best trait is being overlooked." Our enemies expect us to run or surrender."
When Mira fell for my move to the left, I snatched her legs out from under her. Her staff clattered to the ground.
